Sergio Miller was born in Sao Paulo Brazil. At the age of 12, he visited a town called "Embu" in Brazil that is known for its large artist community. The next day he started expressing his ideas onto wood and paper in the form of "mini" sculptures and drawings of cars and houses.
For the past 5 years, Sergio has been working exclusively with 2D and 3D software to achieve what he used to do with oils and acrylics.
"Minimalist, surreal and realistic" he likes to describe his style. "Almost meditative in nature, my art tries to make your imagination wander into the painting and imagine incredible stories to explain what is happening", says Sergio.
Sergio counts as his artistic influences: Salvador Dali, Caravaggio, Rubens, Michael Parkes, Boris Valejo, Sorayama, Jim Burns, Milo Manara, Richard Corben, Frank Frazetta, Moebius, Jodorowsky and Beltran among others.
Sergio lives in South Florida
